After the 24 Day Challenge, I immediately went straight to the Performance Line of Advocare and saw quick results almost overnight. The great thing about these fantastic products is that there are so many options to choose after the Challenge. My strength has doubled even at this age. As a US veteran I had always been in great shape. My wife was also very athletic in and out of the gym.
