Hi guys we are so excited that you have stopped by The Advoclub. We are dedicating our blog to friends and team members who have discovered the incredible power of when  adding the proper nutrition to your well-being ignites explosive results physically and mentally. My name is Patrick Sims and we found Advocare while waiting on a connecting flight back home when we bumped into some friends at the airport. My wife and I were looking for solutions to have more energy and to lose weight but we had limited resources. Our friends told us about Advocare’s 24 Day Challenge and we immediately started on the products. I lost 9 lbs and 7 inches on my waist and Laura was able to drop from a medium to a small dress size. I also noticed my flexibility and stamina had increased and we both became leaner and stronger. We hadn't left this way since our 20's and it showed also in the way we engaged in life.  After taking the products we were so excited to tell our friends about our results.
